As you can imagine, with lots of test equipment arriving at the Laboratory every day, it is essential that we can quickly match a delivery (by you, your courier or DPD) to your online order.

Don't forget to complete and return the Calibration Request Form with your test equipment

To help us do this, we ask that all test equipment (collected, sent or dropped in) is accompanied by a Calibration Request Form. One will be emailed to you with your order confirmation but just in case, please click on the image below to download another copy.
