Standard ( 5 working days )

Express ( 3 working days )

Lightening ( 1 working day )

Our “Turnaround Time”

Certificate Required:
The Traceable Certificate is the standard, most popular & cheapest type of Calibration offered by our Laboratory. All measurements contained in this type of certification are traceable back to National Standards and comply with NICEIC, NAPIT and other inspecting bodies requirements.

Some of our customers are required by their industry, operational environments, internal quality processes or client requests to provide a UKAS Certificate. This can also be considered traceable but the difference is that UKAS calibrations are carried out under the remit of an ISO/IEC 17025 quality system by a laboratory that has been accredited by UKAS, to ensure the consistency and accuracy of results.

UKAS certification attracts a 25% premium in calibration cost.

MAKE SURE YOU COMPLY

To ensure that your Multi-Function Tester continues to provide you with accurate results, it is recommended that you re-calibrate your MFT annually.

What happens to your equipment?

Multi-function Testers also known as MFT’s are used by electrical workers to measure the performance of electrical installations and provide the user with an extensive range of tests from, RCD, loop, continuity, earth resistance, phase sequence testing and more. The information a multi-function provides the user with is key to ensuring the safety and correct functionality of the tested unit, and therefore it is important that the multi-function tester is working correctly within manufacturer specifications.

The test procedure for these devices incorporates the test sequence of all three single-function testers.  This ensures that your insulation/continuity, loop and RCD ranges are working as expected and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

We offer two levels of calibration – Standard & UKAS
