We understand how important your equipment is to you and your business and we know you need it back – Often fast!
For this reason, we offer three levels of service. As you select the service you want, the price automatically adjusts to reflect your choice.
Irrespective of whether we arrange for DPD to collect your equipment, or you choose to drop it in or ship it to us directly, our ‘turnaround clock’ starts ticking the moment your test equipment arrives at our laboratory and ends as soon as it leaves us.
Please remember to allow additional time for transit to and from our laboratory.
As you might expect, we do not count Saturdays, Sundays or official bank holidays as working days. Please consider this when calculating the return of your equipment.
To meet the requirements of UKAS certification, your equipment must be held in an environmentally controlled area for 24 hours before calibration can commence. For this reason, please add an extra working day to the service levels above if a UKAS certificate is required.
