When deciding which company carries out your test equipment calibration, we know that quality and speed are important – But value for money is also essential. For this reason, we offer our customers a price guarantee:

If you are offered the same service at a lower price, we will beat it on the spot.

To qualify, you must provide written evidence of the price offered (including collection, delivery and VAT). The turnaround time, service offered and customer guarantees must be the same.

Service guarantee

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction in everything we do. From arranging your collection as requested to returning your test equipment professionally calibrated on time.

If we fail to meet our promised turnaround time, we will automatically reduce the cost of your calibration to the service delivered.

Our turnaround time starts on the working day your equipment arrives at our laboratory and ends on the working day your equipment is collected by our courier. Equipment arriving damaged, failing calibration or delays with collections and re-deliveries are excluded.
