electriCALibration takes the safety of our staff and customers very seriously and in order to protect everyone as best we can, we have implemented the following changes to our normal service during this time.

Test Equipment Arriving At The Laboratory

All test equipment is left unopened in a specific "quarantined area" of the warehouse for 24 hours before we begin the booking-in process. As a result, please allow an extra working day for the return of your test equipment.

Dropping Your Test Equipment At Our Offices

If you are planning to drop your test equipment into Devizes or Warmley personally, please ensure that you have completed your online booking and telephoned us to agree a drop-off time prior to your arrival . You will be asked to leave your equipment in our Quarantine Area - please do not go beyond this area.

Cleaning of Test Equipment

Before any calibration test can commence, all equipment is wiped with anti-bacterial & anti-viral wipes.

Returning Test Equipment To Our Customers

On completion of the calibration test, your equipment will be sanitised again using anti-bacterial & anti-viral wipes before being returned to the case supplied.

Test Equipment Arriving Back With You

We advise you to leave your delivery untouched for a minimum of 24 hours and to wash your hands carefully after opening the package.

Hopefully, by taking these steps, we can minimise the risks to everyone involved in the calibration of your test equipment.
